1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By creating an account, browsing, or accessing any part of the website located at https://codevows.com ("Platform", "Codevows", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

To be eligible to use Codevows, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or have attained the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only access the Platform under the direct supervision and with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Platform Overview & Digital Educational Services

Codevows operates a specialized online software engineering education platform offering step-by-step masterclasses, interactive Dart code execution environments, Clean Architecture frameworks, state management curriculums (Riverpod & BLoC), production challenge specifications, interview preparation databases, and vector ATS resume creation tools.

Codevows grants you access to digital curriculum content as an intangible, digital service. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, update, or discontinue portions of the curriculum, challenges, or tools from time to time to maintain industry relevance and technical accuracy without liability.

3. User Accounts, Passwordless OTP Security & Single-Learner License

To access full course tracks and premium tools, you must register using a valid email address. Authentication is conducted via passwordless One-Time Passcodes (OTPs) dispatched directly to your designated email through our verified email infrastructure.

• Strict Single-Learner Policy: Each account is granted solely to one named individual. You may not share, rent, resell, transfer, or pool your login credentials, OTP codes, or lifetime access tokens with other individuals, teams, or organizations.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email account and any OTP codes. You must immediately notify Codevows at support@codevows.com of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.
• Automated Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor account usage for suspicious concurrent sessions or unauthorized distribution. Accounts detected sharing credentials across disparate geographical IP locations simultaneously may be suspended or permanently revoked without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Proprietary Content

All materials contained on Codevows—including but not limited to written curriculum modules, technical explanations, diagrams, code architectures, challenge test fixtures, interview questions, audio/video walkthroughs, UI mockups, trademarks, logos, and graphics—are the exclusive intellectual property of Codevows and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

5. Pricing, Billing & Payment Processing

Access to Codevows curriculum tracks is offered on a transparent, one-time payment basis granting Lifetime Access for the lifetime of the platform.

• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are processed via authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway providers, including Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. and international providers (UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, and digital wallets).
• No Storage of Cardholder Data: Codevows does not collect, receive, store, or process sensitive payment credentials (such as credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, expiry dates, or UPI PINs) on our servers. All sensitive transactional data is transmitted directly to and processed by the payment gateway.
• Instant Digital Delivery: Upon successful verification of payment confirmation by the payment gateway, your Codevows account is automatically and immediately unlocked with full Lifetime Access credentials.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because Codevows provides intangible digital curriculum content, proprietary source code samples, and downloadable resume assets that are instantly delivered and fully accessible immediately upon payment completion, our refund policy is strictly defined as follows:

The Platform, all curriculum lessons, sample source code repositories, architecture patterns, and interactive tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Codevows expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and freedom from computer viruses or software bugs. Codevows is not responsible for any issues, data losses, or application failures that arise if you implement code patterns or templates provided on the platform in your own commercial applications.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Attempting to bypass, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with our paywall, authentication tokens, or code evaluation runners.
• Using automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to crawl or collect data from our pages.
• Conducting Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or introducing malicious scripts, viruses, or trojans.
• Attempting to impersonate any person or entity, or falsifying your identity or payment details.
• Selling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any part of the platform without our written consent.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice or refund, and may subject you to civil or criminal liability.

11. User Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Codevows, its founders, officers, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or resulting from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy right.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally by submitting a detailed written notice to support@codevows.com. If the dispute is not resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, the courts of competent jurisdiction located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

13. Modifications to These Terms

Codevows reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When modifications are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after any such updates constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
